We Help Shopify Store Owners Sell More Online

We're passionate about helping store owners like you leverage technology to grow your business.

Running a Shopify store is more complex than it looks — and you shouldn't have to figure it all out alone.

We're your behind-the-scenes tech partner: handling the hard stuff so you can focus on your customers and your products.

Sue Steckle, founder of Innervative Strategies & Bricks2Clicks

Working with a Shopify Partner means you're working with someone Shopify has verified and trusted with real stores, helping solve real problems, to make it easier to manage day-to-day.

As a certified Shopify Partner, I build and optimize stores to Shopify's own best-practice standards, so your investment is protected and your store is built to last.

Here's How I Can Help You

Build your Shopify store correctly, from the start

Launching a new online store?

I'll build it on Shopify so it's fast, professional, and ready to sell — with none of the technical headaches for you.

Move to Shopify from any platform

Already selling on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or elsewhere?

I'll migrate your store to Shopify — products, data, and all — with minimal downtime and no Shopify subscription needed until you are live.

Make your existing Shopify store work harder

Slow load times, poor search rankings, or accessibility issues are costing you sales. I audit and optimize your store for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals — so more visitors actually become customers.

Online Stores Have Unique Challenges that Brick & Mortar Stores Don't...

More Tech to Manage

You're wasting time and energy trying to learn everything and hoping that you're setting it up correctly.

Digital is Frustrating

It's easy to feel overwhelmed when you're dealing with new things you've never heard of before.

Too Much to Do, Not Much Time

You have a store to run and a lot of things to do. You don't have time to learn and do all these new things.

You should be able to focus on what you do best instead of struggling with all the technical details.

Concept of helping business owners is fabulous

Your concept of helping (physical) business owners such as myself to expand into the digital world is fabulous because it is so overwhelming. Something as simple as setting up Porthole Art on Facebook was a pain ... I have spent an average of 14 hours a day, pretty much 7 days a week, learning whatever I thought I needed to between July and mid-December. However, I still feel overwhelmed and feel that I do not know enough to start paying money for advertising at a time when I feel I need to preserve cashflow for the other businesses.

FAQs

I'm not tech-savvy — can I succeed with an online store?

Absolutely. Even people that are tech-savvy can struggle to get their store working properly online. That's why it's important to work with experts that can guide you through all the hoops and make sure everything is set up and working correctly.

Why do I need to get help from Bricks 2 Clicks for my store?

There are two main reasons why you'd want to consider letting us help you.

  1. If you're running a Shopify store, there are quite a few technical hurdles that you only need to set them up one time and then you're done. It doesn't make sense for you to deal with the stress and time it takes to learn something that you won't need to know again.
  2. You don't know what you don't know. There a lot of moving parts to online stores and if you're not experienced, you can't possibly know what all you need to check or do. Our experts know what the crucial components are and how to make sure they are working correctly.

How do I know if you can help me?

If you have — or want — a Shopify store, there's a good chance I can help. That includes store owners launching for the first time, those migrating from another platform like WooCommerce or Squarespace, and owners who already have a Shopify store but feel it's not performing as well as it should be.

If you're not sure, just reach out. I'm happy to have a quick conversation and let you know honestly whether it's a good fit.

What do you charge to help me?

Price varies depending on the service that you need. When we do our initial call, I'll learn more about what you need and I'll be able to give you accurate pricing before you decide to move forward.

What does it mean that you're a Shopify Partner?

It means Shopify has vetted and approved me to build, customize, and optimize stores on their platform. As a Partner, I can build your store and hand it over to you without disrupting your current storefront, and I have direct access to Shopify resources that aren't available to regular store owners.

In short: you get someone who knows the platform deeply and is recognized by Shopify itself. As an added bonus, there are no subscription fees to Shopify until you are live on the site we build together.

I've heard about site speed and SEO — how does that affect my sales?

Google uses your store's speed and user experience as ranking signals — so a slow store gets pushed down in search results before a customer even finds you. And once they do land on your site, a slow or clunky experience means more abandoned carts. I audit your store against Google's Core Web Vitals and fix the issues that are quietly costing you visibility and revenue.

This is my first launch into the ecommerce world as I am used to selling in physical locations, of which I have 3.  Your concept of helping business owners such as myself to expand into the digital world is fabulous because it is so overwhelming.  Something as simple as setting up Porthole Art on Facebook was a pain because I did not originally set it up under my personal account and I spent days trying to fix it.  Believe it or not, I have spent an average of 14 hours a day, pretty much 7 days a week, learning whatever I thought I needed to between July and mid-December.  However, I still feel overwhelmed and feel that I do not know enough to start paying money for advertising at a time when I feel I need to preserve cashflow for the other businesses.
